Rules & Regulations
Vehicle & Parking
A parking permit is required for all vehicles parked overnight. Permits include Owner, Temporary, Guest, and Renter passes. No boats, trailers, RVs, or commercial vehicles allowed. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at owner's expense. No washing or repairing vehicles on property.
Unit Occupancy
Units are for owners, guests, and lessees only. One-bedroom: max 4 people. Two-bedroom: max 6 people.
Security
Facilities are for residents and invited guests only. Report suspicious activity to security. Lock doors, windows, and cars. Residents are responsible for valuables.
Pets
Pets must be under 20 lbs. Proof of vaccination and photo required. Pets must be leashed outdoors. No disturbances or nuisance allowed. Owners must clean up after pets. No pets allowed in recreational facilities. Service animals are exceptions.
Smoking
No smoke-producing devices on balconies. Smoking/vaping allowed outdoors if not disruptive.
Patio Grills
No gas or charcoal grills on patios. No flammable materials within 1O feet of buildings.
Noise Control
No loud noise at any time. Quiet hours: 10:30 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Building Appearance
No laundry or rugs hanging from balconies. Walkways must remain clear.
Trash & Recycling
Trash must be sealed before disposal. Recycling placed in designated bins. Owners responsible for large item disposal.
Skating on Property
No skateboarding, rollerblading, or scooters allowed.
Supervision of Children
Children must be supervised. No playing in hallways, elevators, or walkways. No loud disturbances.
Pools
Hours: 9:00 a.m. -dusk. No lifeguard. Shower before entering pool. Children under 1O must be supervised. No food, glass, smoking, or animals. No diving, toys, or horseplay. Towels left for 30+ minutes may be removed.
