Jupiter Bay Resort is a privately owned condominium community over 31 acres adjacent to Carlin Park, which is a just short walk to Jupiter’s Carlin Park Beach. There are 359 privately owned furnished condominiums over 31 acres with a 6 acre lake and waterfalls.

 

The property is self-managed by the Condominium Homeowners Association. The Jupiter Bay Condominium Association has no affiliation with the Jupiter Bay Resort Rentals & Sales Company that has done Sales and Rentals for many of the owners in Jupiter Bay for the past 34 years.

 

The Marrano/Marc Equity Group from Buffalo, New York designed and developed Jupiter Bay. They sold 1 and 2 bedroom furnished condos to people from all over the world. The Marrano Group’s marketing concept was to give all the Jupiter Bay homeowners the flexibility of how they wanted to rent their condo. Some owners just wanted to have their own vacation home in South Florida to get away from the Northern cold winters and return home for the summer. While other owners wanted a second vacation home investment, where they could use their condo from time to time and when they are not here they could have us rent it for them.

 

This concept has proven to be most successful over the years for both the owners and renters alike with this flexible short term rental policy and everything Jupiter Bay has to offer. Beautifully decorated and remodeled units, on site restaurant and tiki bar, 2 heated swimming pools & jacuzzi, 7 hard true lighted and 2 hard tennis courts and pro shop, across the street from the intra coastal water way, walk way to the beach and adjacent to other fine restaurants and stores. Jupiter Bay Resort Sales & Rentals Inc. manages over 100 Jupiter Bay condominiums for owners and we handle over 900 rental clients per year. This has remained a successful venture due to consistency. Jupiter Bay Resort Sales & Rentals and its staff members have been working together for over 30 years. This equates to over 27,000 condominium and vacation rentals during this 30 year time period. Due to the high volume of vacation and condo rentals we have generated for our owners, we have found a need for the service to help our owners update and refurbish some of the condos.
